Proven sales experience in the mortgage industry or related fields.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients.
Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding of client needs.
Proficiency in mortgage software and technology platforms.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and deadlines.
Strong networking skills to build relationships with real estate agents, financial institutions, and other referral sources.
Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
A valid mortgage loan originator license in the state of Virginia
Familiarity with various loan products and financing options is a plus.
Originate mortgage loans by building relationships with clients and understanding their individual financial needs.
Provide expert guidance throughout the mortgage process, from application to closing.
Utilize advanced technology to streamline the application process and keep clients informed of their loan status.
